SC 137 Field Biol and Natural History

This course is primarily designed for the non-science student who wants to explore the natural world around us. A large portion of time is spent in HCCC's Nature Center or on field trips. The student will gain an appreciation of general ecology, geology, natural history of plants and animals, techniques for identifying, collecting and processing major groups of organisms, orienteering and GIS/GPS.
