QA 102 Quality Assurance II

This course in quality assurance is designed for Quality Assurance majors. The course presents technical procedures applied in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Topics covered include development, implementation, and tracking adherence of QA/QC procedures, tools and techniques utilized in managing QA/QC data, and presentation of QA/QC results.
