IS 224 Data Structures
This course studies data structures including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees and graphs. Topics include specification and implementation of Abstract Data Types and efficiency of sorting and searching algorithms. The level of data description, and its role in the selection of appropriate data structures, is examined. Principles will be illustrated using the C++ programming language. Prerequisite: IS 125.
